About the Event

It seems we’re constantly bombarded by health experts and the media on what to eat, what

not to eat or types of diets to follow. A big part of resetting your health is having clean

nutrient-dense meals eaten mindfully. We will be providing nutritious and delicious meals

throughout your stay. Stephanie, a functional health practitioner and nutritionist, offers

simple, practical and effective solutions to restore optimum function in your body. Take this

rare opportunity to get to the root cause of your health conditions and symptoms by booking

an in-person consultation during the retreat.

80% of doctors visits are stress-related with much of our daily stressors caused by thoughts

and emotions. Experience yoga through mindful functional movements and explore breath

practices to down regulate the nervous system as well as an introduction to mindfulness

meditation with Gwen, who will be leading the physical and mental connections.

This cosy retreat will be held in a newly refurbished century-old colonial bungalow on

Penang Hill, set within the 130 million year old forest reserve with magnificent views of

Penang island. Yoga sessions will be held in nature facing the rising sun and idyllic sunsets.
